Nkasiobi Mbonu is a Lagos, Nigeria-based poet and photographer. She sees the world in colours and lines and tells stories to preserve history. Growing up, the most beautiful stories and poetry I heard were spoken and not written. Writing aims to document the beautiful stories of people I meet. Also, to express my feelings and hide them in beautiful words. Being an author for Poets Choice has been a terrific journey. It’s been smooth sailing, and I enjoyed every bit of it.
