Linette Marie Allen, winner of the 2021 Kay Murphy Prize for Poetry, holds an MFA degree in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore. An American poet and writer, she has published work in literary magazines and journals worldwide. Twice nominated for the Best of the Net Awards, her poetry was set to music by composers at The Peabody Institute.
