Louis Scenti’s professional career has spanned 40 years, from theater production and playwriting to corporate executive, Columbia University adjunct faculty member and executive coach. Threaded throughout is his keen interest in human behavior, motivation and education. In his early years he stage managed professionally at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence Rhode Island. Later as an aspiring actor and playwright in New York his play, Jangled, was read at the 92nd Street Y as part of the Playwright’s Horizons new voices series of 1985. The same play enjoyed a staged reading in 1987 at Brown University in Providence RI. Jangled also received an Honorable Mention in the script category of the 1990 Writerโs Digest competition. In the middle years of his career Louis worked in the field of leadership development and learning for several large financial services firms. In recent years he has rededicated himself to writing.
He is deeply grateful to the editors of Free Spirit/Poets Choice for publishing his recent short story, Hey Shakespeare, as part of their collection: Christmas and Halloween: Those Festive Stories.
