“Journey Through the Dark” is an engaging, fast-paced tale about a woman named Beth who believes she’s seen all life has to offer, and it hasn’t been kind. Her journey through memory is stark and visceral, revealing the deep-seated pain that began in her youth. Unbeknownst to her, she has not been walking life’s road alone, and it’s in her darkest hour that this truth comes to light. I found myself rooting for Beth every step of the way.
