Era of Oligarchy

Oligarchy refers to that open secret which your world may not openly recognize.
Recognize for running your country, city, state, district, region, community, housing society or a family. These people are responsible for effectively influencing all the decisions that you watch the candidates you elected, make.
Deep down one may know this, and yet, helplessly yield and accept. Others may bravely challenge and watch their actions fail and words fall on deaf ears.
Countries today, known to live in an era of oligarchy are Russia, Iran and Philippines. Even China and USA is now being seen to have a rise of oligarchy.
