Godhuli Muhurat is the time before sunset. As I see it, it’s the time to meditate and think about everything you achieved during the day. You can choose to be the meditator instead of the destroyer.

The dark is often associated with destruction. So naturally, there is a potency of any ill-fated occurrences of the day to be brought back home from one’s workplace.

If you cleanse your thoughts and feelings of all negativity with prayer or meditation: the twilight prepares you to rest. To share all occurrences with family or friends during sunset, so that their responses and contributions help you for the work that you do the next day.

During this time, self-introspection and looking within oneself is ideal. It helps restore order and peace within and look at everything with proper perspective.

Just like the morning time is meant to start the ignition of your mind, the evening time must be devoted to one’s heart.
